I am Awais, and I think science got stuck with a bad reputation it doesn't deserve.

AtomikTees started because people in my circle yawned when I talked about Science.

Somewhere along the way, science became something that happens to other people. In labs, in textbooks, in rooms you weren't invited into. I don't buy that. Science is the story of how everything works, and it's genuinely, reliably funny once you're close enough to see it.

So I make shirts that get people closer.

Our designs are built for the people who already love this stuff. The Scientists, the engineers, the researchers, the doctors, the ones who correct the documentary out loud. You're our people. But the joke is never at the expense of someone who doesn't know yet. If a design makes a curious person look something up afterward, that's the whole job done.

We also care about getting it right. A pun only lands if the science underneath is real, so we'd rather kill a design than fudge the facts for a cheap laugh.

And the long game: as AtomikTees grows, we're committed to putting profits toward helping kids around the world get into science. The next person who figures something out shouldn't be limited by where they were born.
